   2洗（せん）濯（たく）した服（ふく）を外（そと）に干（ほ）しました。

   I hung the washed clothes outside.

   3雨（あめ）なので今日（きょう）は洗（せん）濯（たく）をしません。

   I will not do laundry today because it is raining.

Use 洗濯する for doing the washing and 洗濯した服 for clothes that have been washed. 洗濯が終わる means the laundry is done.
